Bag Policy

Bringing a bag or purse? Yours must be smaller than 5" x 9" x 2" and will be searched. Medical and infant bags will be scanned through x-ray machines. Learn more about our bag policy.

Event Entry Time

For most events, doors to Tech CU Arena open to the general public one (1) hour prior to the start time listed on the event tickets. For Barracuda games, doors open 75 minutes before the start of the game for Barracuda Season Ticket members and 45 minutes prior to the start of the game for general admission.

Parking

Parking is available around Tech CU Arena and Sharks Ice for the event; however, they are first come first serve. If there is no parking available, there will be a sign that states the parking lot is full. If the parking lot is full overflow parking may park at the SJSU South Campus Parking Garage across the street. Learn more about parking.
