Sharks Minor Holdings, LLC (together with its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, as applicable, collectively, "Club") is committed to achieving the highest levels of satisfaction for all aspects of its fans' online experiences. As part of these efforts, Club is dedicated to offering a quality online experience at its website https://www.techcuarena.com (the "Website") and official San Jose Sharks mobile application (the "App" and together with the "Website", collectively, "Properties") to fans with disabilities that is full and equal to that provided to fans without disabilities.
To assist in achieving the above accessibility goals with respect to the Properties, Club has committed to the Properties being operated in substantial conformance with generally recognized and accepted guidelines and/or standards for website accessibility (the "Standards").
